New Zealand:
(a) Declares the portion of road described in the
First Schedule to this notice to be stopped and shall
be amalgamated with the land in Computer Register SA57C/446.
(b) Declares the portion of road described in the
Second Schedule to this notice to be stopped and shall
be amalgamated with the land in Computer Register SA57C/447.
(c) Declares the portion of road described in the
Third Schedule to this notice to be stopped and shall be amalgamated with the land in Computer Register SA57C/448, subject to memorandum of mortgage 5419452.3.
(d) Declares the portion of road described in the
Fourth Schedule to this notice to be stopped and shall remain vested in the Hamilton City Council.
