In exercise of the powers conferred on it by delegation under the Reserves Act 1977, the Auckland City Council notifies the following resolution passed by the council on
27 June 2001:
"That in exercise of the powers conferred on it by section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977, the Auckland City Council hereby resolves that the piece of land held by the Auckland City Council in fee simple and described in the Schedule hereto, shall be declared recreation reserve, within the meaning of section 17 of the said Act".

591 square metres, being Lot 2, D.P. 106982, and part Allotment 3, Section 3, small farms near Panmure. All certificate of title 59C/1013.
