Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Ronald Alistair Jolly, Land Information New Zealand, hereby amends the notice dated the 6th day of November 2002, declaring land to be road and severance, published in the New Zealand Gazette, 14 November 2002, No. 166, page 4196, by deleting paragraphs (a) and (b) and substituting the following:
"(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule to this notice to be road and vested in the Kaipara District Council.
(b) Pursuant to section 119 (1), declares the land described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be taken as severance and vested in the Kaipara District Council."
