Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, R. J. Sutherland, Land Information New Zealand:
(a) Pursuant to section 114 (1), declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule to this notice is hereby acquired and declared to be road and vested in the Selwyn District Council on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.
(b) Pursuant to section 52 (1), declares the land described in the Second Schedule to this notice is set apart for the use, enjoyment and convenience of a road and is to remain vested in the Crown on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.
