Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, R. J. Sutherland, Land Information New Zealand:
(a) Pursuant to sections 20 and 50, declares that, pursuant to an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule to this notice is acquired for sanitary works and shall vest in the Wanganui District Council on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.
(b) Pursuant to sections 20 and 28, declares that, pursuant to an agreement to that effect having been entered into, a right of way is acquired over the land described in the Second Schedule appurtenant to the land in the First Schedule, subject to the rights and powers implied in the Fourth Schedule of the Land Transfer Regulations 2002.
(c) Pursuant to sections 20 and 28, declares that, pursuant to an agreement to that effect having been entered into, a right to drain sewage is acquired over the land described in the Third Schedule appurtenant to the land in the First Schedule, subject to the rights and powers implied in the Fourth Schedule of the Land Transfer Regulations 2002.
