Pursuant to section 191 (8) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Paul Alexander Jackson, Land Information New Zealand, declares that the secondary use of recreation purposes over land held for a public work (development of water power), authorised by notice published in the New Zealand Gazette, 31 October 1974, No. 108, page 2489, registered as 432547 (and amended by notice published in the New Zealand Gazette, 9 February 1984, No. 16, page 344, registered as 610073), is revoked with respect to the land described in the Schedule from the date of publication of this notice in
the New Zealand Gazette.
