Pursuant to sections 116, 117 and 120 (3) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Ronald Alistair Jolly, Land Information New Zealand, declares the road described in the Schedule to this notice to be stopped and further:
(a) Declares that the area of stopped road firstly described shall be amalgamated with the land in Computer Register NL13B/22.
(b) Declares that the area of stopped road secondly described shall be amalgamated with the land in Computer Register NL13B/23, subject to easement certificate 405656.2.
