Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Stephen Robert Gilbert, Land Information New Zealand:
(a) Pursuant to section 52 (1), declares that the land described in the First Schedule to this notice is set apart for electricity generation and shall remain vested in the Crown.
(b) Pursuant to section 42 (3) (b), declares the land described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be Crown Land, subject to the Land Act 1948.
