Any Use of the Land so Authorised to Establish
and Continue-Millar Street, Short Street, Spur Street and Stanley Avenue, Te Aroha,
Matamata-Piako District
Pursuant to sections 20 and 50 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Michael Jeffares, Land Information New Zealand, declares that, agreement to that effect having been entered into, the lands described in the Schedule to this notice are hereby acquired, subject to Part IVA of the Conservation Act
1987 and section 11 of the Crown Minerals Act 1991, for carparking and beautification or any other work that the Matamata-Piako District Council is authorised to construct, undertake, establish, operate or maintain, or any use of
the land so authorised to establish and continue, and shall vest in the Matamata-Piako District Council on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
