Under section 6 (3) of the Reserves Act 1977, and by reason of an error made in the notice described subsequently,
the Conservator for the Wellington Conservancy of the Department of Conservation revokes the notice headed Classification of Reserve and Vesting in Masterton District Council and published in the New Zealand Gazette,
29 May 2003, No. 57, page 1619, and issues the following notice as a fresh notice in its place.
Classification of Reserve and Vesting in Masterton District Council
Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Conservator for the Wellington Conservancy of the Department of Conservation classifies the reserve described in the Schedule as a recreation reserve, subject to the provisions of the Act, and further vests the reserve in the Masterton District Council in trust for recreation purposes.

6.2650 hectares, more or less, being Section 148, Masterton Small Farms Settlement (part certificate of title WN455/219).
7.0041 hectares, more or less, being part Lot 3, D.P. 4084 (part certificate of title WN455/219).
