Under section 6 (3) of the Reserves Act 1977, and by
reason of an error made in the notice described subsequently, the Community Relations Manager revokes the notice headed Classification of Reserve dated the 19th day of March 2003 and published in the New Zealand Gazette, 27 March 2003, No. 30, page 852, and issues the following notice as a fresh notice in its place.
Classification of Reserve
Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Community Relations Manager for the Otago Conservancy of the Department of Conservation classifies the reserve described in the Schedule as a scenic reserve for the purposes specified in section 19 (1) (a) of the Act.

Otago Land District-Central Otago District
183.2330 hectares, more or less, being Section 4, S.O. 24769.
