Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Stephen Robert Gilbert, Land Information New Zealand, hereby amends the notice dated the 16th day of August 1994, vesting of road in the Auckland City Council, described in the Schedule to this notice, published in the New Zealand Gazette, 25 August 1994, No. 86, page 2646, by deleting the words:
"The Auckland City Council"
and substituting them with
"the Manukau City Council"
after the words
"is acquired for road and shall vest in"
on the sixth line of the aforesaid notice.
