Pursuant to sections 116 and 52 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Stephen Robert Gilbert, Land Information
New Zealand, declares the portion of road described in the Schedule to this notice to be stopped and now known as Lot 5, D.P. 32102, and to be set apart for use in connection with a road which, pursuant to section 50 of the Public Works Act 1981, will vest in the Hamilton City Council on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.
