Pursuant to section 116 of the Public Works Act 1981
("the Act"), and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Ronald Alistair Jolly, Land Information
New Zealand, declares that the land described in the First Schedule to this notice shall be stopped as road and, pursuant to section 117 (3) (b) of the Act, that land shall be vested in the adjoining landowner whose land is described in the Second Schedule.
