Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, Ronald Alistair Jolly, Land Information New Zealand:
(a) Pursuant to section 42 (4) (a), declares the leasehold interests described in the Schedule (and contained in G.N. 724035.1), to be surrendered and the underlying status of the land to remain Crown land, subject to the Land Act 1948.
(b) Pursuant to section 52, declares the land described in the Schedule to be set apart for the generation of electricity.
