Conservation Purposes
Under section 7 (1A) of the Conservation Act 1987, the Community Relations Manager for the Otago Conservancy of the Department of Conservation declares that the land described in the Schedule is held for conservation purposes.

40.650 hectares, being part Section 118, Block XX, Shotover Survey District.
