Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, R. J. Sutherland, Land Information New Zealand:
(a) Pursuant to section 114 (1), declares that the lands described in the First Schedule to this notice are set apart for road and shall remain vested in the Waikato District Council on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.
(b) Pursuant to section 114 (1), declares the lands described in the Second Schedule to this notice are set
apart for the purposes of road and shall remain vested in
the Waikato District Council on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.
