Pursuant to section 338 (5) (c) of Te Ture Whenua Maori Act 1993, on the recommendation of the Maori Land Court, the area of the Maori reservation as set out in the notice dated the 15th day of June 2000, published in New Zealand Gazette, 13 July 2000, No. 78, page 1902, be redefined from 300 square metres to 30 square metres as shown in the Schedule to this notice.
