Pursuant to section 338 (5) (c) of Te Ture Whenua Maori Act 1993, on the recommendation of the Maori Land Court, the persons for whose use and benefit the Maori freehold land described in the Schedule hereto has been set apart as a Maori reservation by notice published in the New Zealand Gazette, 18 April 1996, No. 36, page 1068, is hereby redefined as being for the purpose of a marae.
