Setting Apart Maori Freehold Land as a

Maori Reservation
Pursuant to section 338 (1) of Te Turi Whenua Maori Act 1993, on the recommendation of the Maori Land Court, the Maori freehold land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart as a Maori reservation for the purpose of a landing site, access area, camping site and as a place of cultural, historical and scenic interest for the common use and benefit of the proprietors of Ruahine and Kuharua Blocks.

All that piece of land situated in Blocks VII and XI, Rotoiti Survey District and described as follows:
Area ha Being
2.1700 Kuharua 2B1 and being part of the Maori freehold land known as part Kuharua 2B Block, more or less, situated in Blocks VII and XI, Rotoiti Survey Districts, containing 62.8400 hectares, more or less, being all the land contained on certificate of title Volume 37D, folio 258, South Auckland Land Registry.
