Pursuant to section 338 (5) (c) of Te Ture Whenua Maori Act 1993, on the recommendation of the Maori Land Court, the purposes for which the Maori reservation in respect of the land described in the Schedule hereto was created
by notice published in the New Zealand Gazette, 31 January 1991, No. 31, page 337, are hereby redefined for the purposes of a marae, papakainga and an urupa for the common use and benefit of the Ngati Manomano hapu.
