Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Community Relations Manager for the Canterbury Conservancy of the Department of Conservation cancels the vesting in the Selwyn District Council of that part of the Waihora Recreation Reserve described in the Schedule, and changes the classification of that part of the reserve to a government purpose (nursery) reserve, subject to the provisions of the Act.
