Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Community Relations Manager for the Southland Conservancy of the Department of Conservation classifies the reserve described in the Schedule as a recreation reserve, pursuant to section 17 of the Reserves Act, with the effect that the land will vest
in the Southland District Council under the provisions of section 26A of the Act.
