Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and
to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Stephen Robert Gilbert, Land Information New Zealand, hereby amends the notice acquiring land for a primary school, dated the 27th day of January 2003, and published in the New Zealand Gazette, 27 February 2003, No. 17, page 503, by:
deleting Hamilton from the title and substituting it with Tamahere, Waikato District;
deleting Hamilton City from the preamble and substituting it with Tamahere; and
deleting Hamilton City from the Schedule title and substituting it with Waikato District.
