Pursuant to sections 116 (1) and 117 (7) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Stephen Robert Gilbert, Land Information
New Zealand, declares the portion of road described in the Schedule to this notice to be stopped and added to the land in certificate of title 10143, which is held as local purpose (landscape) reserve, subject to the Reserves Act 1977.
