this notice is acquired for public car parking and vested
in Rodney District Council, subject to the easements created by easement certificate D. 314543.8 and together with the easements created by easement certificate D. 314543.8 and transfer D. 314543.5, on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.
