Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Conservator for the Otago Conservancy of the Department of Conservation changes
the classification of that part of the reserve described in the Schedule from a scenic reserve to a local purpose
(site for water reservoirs) reserve, subject to the provisions of the Act.

2890 square metres, more or less, being Sections 1 and 2, S.O. 317363.
