Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and
to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information,
R. J. Sutherland, Land Information New Zealand, hereby amends the notice dated the 30th day of July 2001, setting apart land for Defence purposes (training facility), published in the New Zealand Gazette, 9 August 2001, No. 84, page 2177, by adding to the recital that the land in the Second Schedule shall be set apart for defence purposes (training facility)
"together with the rights to drain sewage and water in easement certificate D. 048949.1".
