Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Community Relations Manager for the Auckland Conservancy of the Department of Conservation authorises the exchange of the local purpose (council depot) reserve described in the First Schedule for the land described in the Second Schedule.

Second Schedule
2140 square metres, being Lot 16, D.P. 211303, part certificate of title 115D/692 (limited).
1530 square metres, being Lot 17, D.P. 211303, part certificate of title 115D/692 (limited).
1.0925 hectares, being Lot 18, D.P. 211303, part certificate of title 115D/692 (limited).
All subject to right of way, electricity, telephone and water supply easements over part marked "A" on D.P. 177205 and a sewer easement over part marked "B" on D.P. 177205 appurtenant to Lot 1, D.P. 177205, C.T. 109B/164 created by transfer D. 265561.1.
Together with a right of way over part Allotment 39, Parish of Pukekohe granted by conveyance 135217(R54/246).
The above easements are subject to section 243 of the Resource Management Act 1991.
