Pursuant to section 50 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Ronald Alistair Jolly, Land Information New Zealand, declares the portions of land described in the Schedule to this notice to be set apart for recreation purposes and vested in the Waikato District Council on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette, subject to section
11 of the Crown Minerals Act 1991 and the right of way easements in gross embodied in C.T. SA55A/113.
