Pursuant to section 52 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, R. J. Sutherland, Land Information New Zealand, declares that the land described in the Schedule hereto, being land that became vested in the Minister of Education pursuant
to section 143 (2) of the Education Lands Act 1989, is hereby set apart for education purposes and shall be vested in
the Crown from the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.

1.2141 hectares, more or less, being part Lot 6, D.P. 8697, being all of the land contained in certificate of title, Volume SA397, folio 29.
