Redefining the Purposes of a Maori Reservation

Pursuant to section 338 (5) (c) of Te Ture Whenua Maori Act 1993, on the recommendation of the Maori Land Court,
the purposes of the Maori reservation as set out in the
New Zealand Gazette, 24 September 1992, No. 154, page 3209 and New Zealand Gazette, 18 March 1993, No. 35, page 716, be redefined for the purpose of a marae site to
be called Ngaitai Manawaiti Ki Mataitai Marae for the common use and benefit of the Maori people of the district.
