Maori Reservation
Pursuant to section 439 (1) of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, on the recommendation of the Maori Land Court,
the Maori freehold land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart as a Maori reservation for the purpose of a meeting place, recreation ground and sports ground for the common use and benefit of the people of Ngati Hinekura, Ngati Pikiao and the Maori people of New Zealand generally.

All that piece of land situated in Blocks XI and VII, Rotoiti Survey District and described as follows:
Area ha Being
1.6270 Rotoiti 1A2B1 and being all of the land contained in the partition order of the Maori Land Court dated 7 October 1993.
