Under the Conservation Act 1987, and by reason of an error made in the notice described subsequently, the Community Relations Manager for the Southland Conservancy of the Department of Conservation revokes the notice declaring land to be held for conservation purposes dated the 28th day of February 2003 and published in the New Zealand
Gazette, 6 March 2003, No. 22, page 691, and issues the following notice as a fresh notice in its place.
Declaring Land to be Held for Conservation Purposes
Under the Conservation Act 1987, the Community Relations Manager for the Southland Conservancy of the Department of Conservation declares that the land described in the Schedule is held for conservation purposes.

Southland Land District-Southland District
946 square metres, being Section 1 on S.O. 316996, formerly being part Sections 2 and 135, Block I, Manapouri Survey District.
750 square metres, being Section 2 on S.O. 316996, formerly being part Section 2, Block I, Manapouri Survey District.
