Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Roger Kenneth McLeod, Land Information New Zealand:
(a) Pursuant to section 20, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule to this notice is acquired for flood control purposes and shall vest in the Crown as Crown Land, subject to the Land Act 1948, on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.
(b) Pursuant to section 20, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Second Schedule to this notice is acquired for flood control purposes and shall vest in the Crown.
(c) Pursuant to sections 116 and 52, declares that the portions of road described in the Third Schedule to this notice to be stopped and set apart for flood control purposes and, pursuant to section 50, shall vest in the Crown.
