Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Community Relations Manager of the Canterbury Conservancy of the Department of Conservation cancels the vesting in the Hurunui
District Council over the recreation reserves described in
the Schedule and, further, revokes the reservation over the said reserves with the effect that the lands are now Crown land available for disposal under the Land Act 1948.
