Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Manukau City Council hereby authorises the exchange of the land described in Schedule A hereto at Ngati Otara Park for the land described in Schedule B hereto at Sir Edmund Hillary Collegiate.
