Pursuant to section 52 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land information, R. J. Sutherland, Land Information New Zealand, declares that the land described in the Schedule to this notice is set apart for defence purposes (training facility) together with the appurtenant easements set out in easement certificate D. 048949.1 and easement certificate D. 473993.2 and shall remain vested in the Crown on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.
