Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information,
R. J. Sutherland, Land Information New Zealand, hereby amends the notice dated the 14th day of January 2003, vesting land as a local purpose (accessway) reserve in the Taupo District Council, published in the New Zealand Gazette, 23 January 2003, No. 7, page 215, by adding to the recital after the words
"subject to the Reserves Act 1977"
the words
"and subject also to water and electricity easements created by transfer B. 117443A.4 and transfer B. 117443A.5"
