Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister
for Land Information, R. J. Sutherland, Land Information New Zealand, declares the land described in the Schedule
to this notice to be amalgamated with Computer Register NL2D/658, subject to transfer 241515.2 creating right of way easements and transfers 5067926.1, 5067926.2 and 5067926.3 creating right to convey water easements.
