Notice of Direction by the Registrar of Incorporated Societies for the Disposition of Surplus Assets of a Dissolved Incorporated Society

Take notice that the Registrar of Incorporated Societies has directed that consequent on the dissolution of the society on the 29th day of January 2003, the moneys described in the Schedule hereto, being surplus assets of the society, be vested in the Manukau Institute of Technology.
No appeal from this decision shall lie unless notice thereof is delivered within one month after the 17th day of February 2003, being the date of the said direction.
Schedule
1. Funds held by Wynyard Wood, Solicitors, Auckland.
2. Funds held and continuing to be collected by Baycorp Advantage (NZ) Limited.
3. Payments due under a certain agreement with Bruce Po.
