Notice 2003
Pursuant to section 30A of the Occupational Therapy Act 1949, the following notice is given.
N o t i c e
1. Title and commencement-(1) This notice may be cited as the Occupational Therapy (Fees) Amendment Notice 2003 and should be read in conjunction with the notice published in the New Zealand Gazette, 20 February 2003, page 454.
(2) This notice comes into force on 23 January 2004, unless otherwise stated.
2. Fees-The Occupational Therapy Board sets the following fees payable to the board specified in the attached Schedule.
3. Tax-The fees are inclusive of goods and services tax.

Application for registration from a New Zealand trained occupational therapist under section 12 of the Occupational Therapy Act from1 April 2004. 250.00
Application for registration under the Trans-Tasman Mutual Recognition Act from1 February 2004. 250.00
Application for registration from an overseas trained occupational therapist under section 12 of the Occupational Therapy Act from1 February 2004. 450.00
Annual Practising Certificate under section 22 of the Act. 300.00
Annual practising certificate fee for practitioners on the Register of Occupational Therapists holding an annual practising certificate in the year 1 April-31 March who purchase a certificate for the following year up to and including 31 March. 300.00
Annual practising certificate fee for practitioners on the Register of Occupational Therapists holding an annual practising certificate in the year 1 April-31 March who purchase a certificate for the following year after 1 April and who are practising after 1 April. 400.00
Annual Practising Certificate for a person whose application to register is approved in the quarter 1 April-30 June. 300.00
Annual Practising Certificate for a person whose application to register is approved in the quarter 1 July-30 September. 230.00
Annual Practising Certificate for a person whose application to register is approved in the quarter 1 October-31 December. 170.00
Annual Practising Certificate for a person whose application to register is approved in the quarter 1 January-31 March. 130.00
