Pursuant to Schedule 2 of the Telecommunications Act 2001, the Telecommunications Carriers' Forum
has prepared a draft code for the co-location of radiocommunications facilities for regulated telecommunications services.
The specified services to which this draft code relates, as described in Part 3 to Schedule 1 of the Act, are:
(a) for the co-location on cellular mobile transmission sites; and
(b) for the co-location of equipment for fixed telecommunications services at sites used by Broadcast Communications Limited.
