The New Zealand Vegetable and Potato Growers Federation (Incorporated) hereby advises that, in accordance with clause 11 (2) (c) of the Commodity Levies (Vegetables) Order 2001, the rate of levy for fresh tomatoes for the year ending 30 September 2004 was fixed at the annual conference of the fresh tomato sector held on Wednesday, 30 July 2003, as follows:
"The levy rate for fresh tomatoes will be 0.675% of the gross sales value (67.5 cents per $100.00 at the first point of sale) of all fresh tomatoes grown in New Zealand
for sale or export, except those grown for commercial processing, plus G.S.T."
