This notice amends the Fees Schedule dated the 31st day of January 2003 and published in the New Zealand Gazette,
7 February 2003, page 310, and has the status of a Regulation for the purposes of the Regulations (Disallowance) Act 1989.
Pursuant to section 126 of the Medical Practitioners Act 1995, the council gives notice that the following fee is payable
(G.S.T. included), effective from 1 October 2003:
