Childhood Centre
Pursuant to Regulation 12 (1) (d) (i) of the Education (Early Childhood Centres) Regulations 1998, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education, I hereby cancel the licence dated 22 January 2002, which was granted under those Regulations to Margaret Wong-Kam in respect of de Varga Childcare Kingdom (10279), situated at 41 Roberts Road, Tindalls Bay, Whangaparaoa.
This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
