Pursuant to Regulation 12 (1) (d) (ii) of the Education (Early Childhood Centres) Regulations 1998, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education, I hereby cancel the licence dated 1 May 2000, which was granted under those Regulations to Kim Gee in respect of
St Andrews Private Kindergarten (20149), situated at
45A Comins Crescent, Mission Bay, Auckland.
This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
