School (3414)
Pursuant to section 78N (3) of the Education Act 1989,
I hereby dissolve the board of trustees of Linwood Intermediate School (3414) and appoint Peter Lyman, manager, as commissioner to the school.
All functions, powers and duties of the board of trustees of Linwood Intermediate School are to be vested in the commissioner.
This notice takes effect the day after the date of publication of this notice.
