Pursuant to section 238F (5) of the Education Act 1989, and to clause 32.3 of the Code of Practice for the Pastoral Care of International Students dated August 2003, I notify the making of a revised Code of Practice for the Pastoral Care of International Students dated December 2003.
The revised code replaces the Code of Practice for the Pastoral Care of International Students dated August 2003 and copies of the revised code are available free from the Ministry of Education's web site:

The notice entitled "Revised Code of Practice for the Pastoral Care of International Students" and published in
the New Zealand Gazette, 7 August 2003, No. 94, page 2471, is revoked.
