Pursuant to Regulation 24 (5) of the Health and Safety in Employment (Petroleum Exploration and Extraction) Regulations 1999, I, R. J. M. Hill, on delegated authority from the Secretary of Labour, hereby give notice that I am satisfied that SGS M&I meets the criteria set out in Regulation 24 (1) of the Health and Safety in Employment (Petroleum Exploration and Extraction) Regulations 1999 for recognition as a certifying authority for the carrying out of inspections and the issuing of certificates of fitness in accordance with Regulation 24 of the Health and Safety
in Employment (Petroleum Exploration and Extraction) Regulations 1999.
